Refund and Return Policy – Triskel Technologies
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your service must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original documentation.
Several types of services are exempt from being returned. Services already delivered and used, training sessions already completed, or custom developments already integrated cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of services customized according to your specifications.
Non-refundable services:
- Training sessions already attended
- Software developments delivered and installed
- Consulting and audits already performed
- Custom solutions according to specifications
To complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to third-party suppliers.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Training partially attended with obvious signs of use
- Software, application or solution that has been installed and configured
- Any service that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing elements for reasons not due to our error
- Any service that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@triskel.ch.
Promotional services
Only regular priced services may be refunded. Promotional services cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace services if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same service, send us an email at contact@triskel.ch with your detailed request.
Gift services
If the service was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned service is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the service wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
Service returns

Administrative processing fees for returns may apply. Processing fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of administrative processing will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the nature of your request, the time required to process your return may vary.
For high-value services, we recommend documenting your request by email with acknowledgment of receipt. We do not guarantee the processing of undocumented requests.
